Robert Schalk

Robert Schalk is a former Nassau County Assistant District Attorney experienced in all aspects of criminal law. Prior to forming the law firm of Schalk, Ciaccio & Kahn, PC he spent five years as a Nassau County Assistant District Attorney. There he tried numerous cases to verdict, including a number of high profile media cases. During his tenure in the office, he was appointed to the position of STOP-DWI Prosecutor where he prosecuted serious Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) cases.

Anthony Ciaccio

Anthony A. Ciaccio, Sr. is the head of the personal injury department at Schalk, Ciaccio & Kahn. Joshua R. Kahn

Joshua R. Kahn is a graduate of the Syracuse University School of Information Studies where he obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Management and Technology. After receiving his Bachelor of Science, Mr. Kahn returned to Syracuse University where he obtained his Juris Doctor Degree from the College of Law. Mr. Kahn was then admitted to the New York State Bar and is a member of the New York State Bar Association.

George Michel

George Michel is a graduate of Hofstra University School of Law and a former Assistant District Attorney with experience in all aspects of criminal and civil law from the beginning of a case through to verdict. Throughout his time in private practice and with the Nassau County District Attorney, George has developed a reputation as a skilled trial attorney. He has been quoted in Newsday and due to his ability in the courtroom, he has been hired as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Hofstra University.
