After graduating from law school and being admitted to the New York State Bar, Mr. Kahn spent four years successfully prosecuting crimes while serving the people of Nassau County and the Honorable Kathleen M. Rice as an Assistant District Attorney for the Nassau County District Attorney's Office. During his time in the DA's office, Mr. Kahn was assigned to the District Court Trial Bureau, the Grand Jury Bureau, and the County Court Trial Bureau. Upon leaving the Nassau County District Attorney's office, Mr. Kahn opened his own general practice law firm focusing on criminal defense and personal injury litigation, where he brought his advocacy skills and passion for litigation to his clients. Thereafter, he and his current partners formed the Law Offices of Schalk, Ciaccio & Kahn, PC in Mineola, NY.

Mr. Kahn handles cases in both the criminal defense and personal injury divisions of the firm. He has zealously defended clients accused of a wide range of criminal charges at both the state and federal level. Mr. Kahn also works with the firm's clients injured by the negligence of others in car accidents, medical malpractice, and slip and falls. Additionally, he handles the firm's cases for wrongful arrest, civil rights violations and malicious prosecution.
